Program Goals:

• Help faculty members solve teaching problems 
• Sustain and support effective teaching in all areas of instruction (e.g., large and small classes, seminars, advising, mentoring, clinical instruction) 
• Foster the development of new teaching skills in these areas 
• Identify areas of teaching and professional development that need improvement or attention 
• Advocate for institutional support of the career development needs of faculty members at all stages of their careers
